Dear All Callier House Residents,
Since the notification that some of the residents of Callier House were working to raise a Residents Group, a group has formed a committee and it is called the Callier House Residents Group [CHRG].
The group will only cover the Callier House building and immediate grounds.
The group has nominated and seconded four positions in the committee to cover a Chairperson, Vice-chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer with 6 additional voting members.

To represent as much of the building as possible, each floor has a dedicated Committee Member assigned. These volunteers will assist any resident on that floor to raise news, issues or concerns with the committee and the residents group.

The group have used a model constitution supplied by Catalyst to create the CHRG constitution and will be applying to be recognised by Catalyst as an official Residents Group.

I would like to give the residents of the building at least 2 weeks to raise any comments or concerns about the activity concluded this far. After which the group will formally approach Catalyst Housing Group to become formerly recognised.
